By accessing NicheJobHub or submitting paid job listings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Job Aggregator & AI Classification

IMPORTANT: NicheJobHub acts purely as a programmatic job aggregator and matching platform. The job details, salaries, requirements, and links shown are generated via telemetry models or submitted by partners. We DO NOT vouch for or guarantee the accuracy of any job listing, and we are not liable for the employment actions, contracts, or operations of third-party employers.

3. Services & Billing Tiers

• Guest Browsing: Free search and access to general listings.
• Standard Posting ($9.90 one-time): Publishes a standard job posting for 30 days.
• Featured Posting ($19.90 one-time): Publishes a featured job posting, pinned to the top of the board for high visibility.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant programmatic publication and syndication of job listings, all payments made for standard or featured postings are non-refundable. If you encounter any technical issues with your submission, please contact us.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall NicheJobHub or its parent CB telemetry network be liable for any losses, hiring failures, contract disputes, or regulatory discrepancies arising from the use of this job board.
